Projektziel: Für projektbezogene Einsätze im Großraum Solingen/Düsseldorf/Köln wird freiberufliche Unterstützung im IT-Support gesucht. Der Freelancer besucht Kunden eigenständig vor Ort und löst IT-Probleme direkt beim Kunden. Hauptaufgaben: - Eigenständige Problemlösung vor Ort bei Kunden - Freundliche, klare und serviceorientierte Kommunikation mit Kunden - Flexible Übernahme von Aufträgen mit eigenem KFZ, Anfahrt in der Regel alleine Voraussetzungen: - Erfahrung im IT-Bereich, idealerweise im Außendienst - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend erforderlich) - Fortgeschrittenes technisches Verständnis - Freundliches, geduldiges und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten - Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit bei projektbezogenen Einsätzen - Eigene Gewerbeanmeldung bzw. freiberufliche Tätigkeit - Eigenes KFZ Arbeitsmodell: Vor Ort bei Kunden im Großraum Solingen/Düsseldorf/Köln Erwartetes Ergebnis: Eigenständige und zuverlässige Lösung von IT-Problemen bei Kunden im Rahmen projektbezogener Einsätze.
