As an Experience Design Senior Associate, you'll design end-to-end customer experiences across The Infatuation's digital products and Chase-connected journeys. You'll help simplify complex flows, raise the craft of our UI and interaction design, and ensure our experiences are inclusive and accessible for a wide range of customers, from people who don't bank with Chase to highly engaged cardmembers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers and engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high quality work
  • Translate customer insights into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI that reflects The Infatuation brand
  • Create experiences that are inclusive, accessible, and easy to use
  • Collaborate across teams (Chase Benefits, Dining, Travel, Lounges, Events) to connect experiences seamlessly
  • Contribute to design systems and patterns to help consistency and speed
  • Present work clearly, explaining decisions, tradeoffs, and what success looks like

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong experience designing digital products end-to-end (interaction, UI, and systems thinking)
  • Ability to simplify complexity and create intuitive flows for our customers
  • Highly collaborative, working in cross-functional teams and moving from ambiguity to clear, shippable outcomes
  • Solid craft in hierarchy, layout, interaction, and usability, and strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Interest in restaurants, dining culture, and the real-world context of going out to eat

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
