Entry Level CSR - No Experience - Remote

We are currently growing our remote team and seeking motivated individuals to work with clients who are looking for information and assistance with their benefit options.

In this position, you will connect with clients virtually, learn about their individual needs, explain available programs, answer questions, and provide support throughout the enrollment process. You'll also maintain ongoing client relationships and ensure clients have the information they need regarding their coverage.

Training and ongoing guidance are provided, making this an opportunity for individuals from a variety of professional backgrounds.

Your Day-to-Day

• Conduct virtual appointments with clients
• Ask questions to understand individual and family needs
• Review available benefit and coverage options
• Provide clear and accurate product information
• Answer questions regarding existing and potential coverage
• Assist clients with applications and enrollment documentation
• Follow up with clients when additional assistance is required
• Maintain organized and accurate client records
• Build professional, long-term client relationships
• Stay informed about available products and program updates
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and ongoing training
