The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Qualifications: Successful completion of training as a certified occupational safety specialist (SiFA) is mandatory. Professional experience: Several years of in-depth professional experience in an industrial environment. Expertise: Very good and sound knowledge of the relevant legal regulations and standards (including the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG) and the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV)). Methodological competence: Strong project management skills as well as relevant planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Personality: A high degree of initiative, assertiveness, a strong service orientation, and absolute responsibility. Soft skills: Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and a confident and professional demeanor at all hierarchical levels. Language skills: Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken (at least at a solid B2 level).

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
