Our client is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant & Developer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. Start: ASAP. Contract duration: until September 30, 2026 - extension possible. Workload: 100%. Remote work: 40-60%, typically 3 days/week on-site in Cologne and 2 days/week remotely. The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Implementation and administration of Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 solutions. Comprehensive knowledge of the Power Platform (especially Power Apps, Automate, and PowerFX), and solid programming skills in C#. Expertise in the design of AI-supported processes and the implementation of automated workflows. DevOps methodologies, particularly in the areas of CI/CD pipelines, system monitoring, and automated quality assurance for scalable infrastructures. Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented, hands-on approach, a high degree of personal responsibility, and initiative. Fluent in German and English.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
