Overview

The Director of Growth Marketingis responsible fordriving scalable, measurable revenue growth through integrated demand generation, account-based marketing, lifecycle marketing, and go-to-market execution. This role owns pipeline creation strategy, campaign performance, and alignment with sales to accelerate new logo acquisition, expansion, and retention. The ideal candidate combines strategic GTM leadership with hands-on execution, analytics rigor, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & GTM Execution

  • Design and execute multi-channel growth strategiesand campaignsthat drive qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Own demand generation programs and support ABX programs targeting priority ICPs and buying committees
  • Partner with sales leadership to align on pipeline targets, conversion metrics, and account strategies
  • Produce monthly and quarterly campaign strategy planning, cross-functional alignment, and initiative reviews
  • Maintain and continuously update campaign and GTM strategy decks to ensureaccuratereflection of current initiatives, priorities, and performance
  • Translate company growthobjectivesinto actionable quarterly marketing roadmaps

Pipeline & Revenue Performance

  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets
  • Track funnel conversion performance from lead → SQL → opportunity → closed-won
  • Implement attribution models and performance dashboards to guide investment decisions
  • Continuouslyoptimizeprograms based on ROI, CAC, and LTV insights

Audience, ICP & Segmentation

  • Partner with Product Marketing toleveragethe defined ICPs, personas, and account segmentation in campaigns to ensure accuracy of fit and messaging
  • Build data-driven targeting strategies across industries, firmographics, and intent signals
  • Maintain account engagement strategies across the full buyer journey

Campaign & Content Leadership

  • Oversee integrated campaign development, messaging, and content strategy
  • Draft detailed campaign briefs outlining each campaign touchpoint, channel, and audience journey step
  • Develop and document messaging frameworks and value propositions for campaign and stakeholder reviews
  • Ensure consistent positioning and value messaging across all channels
  • Leverageevent and field marketing strategy to maximize pipeline and executive engagement.

Marketing Operations & Technology

  • Partner with Marketing Ops tooptimizeautomation, CRM, and analytics infrastructure
  • Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and actionable insights
  • Evaluate and implement new growth andmartechtools

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing experience
  • Proventrack recordof scaling pipeline and revenue through demand generation and ABM
  • Strong experience aligning marketing and sales operations and metrics
  • Deep knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
  • Experience leading teams and managing budgets
  • Excellent strategic thinking and executive communication skills
