Requirements
- Coordinate digital health services and initiatives across multiple stakeholders and health system partners.
- Support service management activities, including operational coordination following implementation.
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate enhancements to existing projects supporting long-term digital transformation.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, consensus building, and cross-functional coordination.
- Support project management, implementation monitoring, reporting, issue resolution, and delivery tracking.
