We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager of EUC and Digital Workplace to provide operational leadership across the End User Computing and Digital Workplace portfolio. The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Professional & Leadership Experience Operational Leadership: Strong operational leader with proven experience across EUC, Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, service management, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) governance. Enterprise Environment: Experience working within a global enterprise IT environment is highly beneficial. Stakeholder Management: Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams, including internal IT teams, MSPs, vendors, security, procurement, finance, and business stakeholders. Drive & Execution: A pragmatic, structured, and outcome-focused professional with strong service delivery and follow-through skills. Ability to resolve blockers and maintain momentum across operational workstreams. Technical Skills (Highly Beneficial) Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystems (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online). Solid understanding of endpoint management and security (Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, endpoint security). Familiarity with Active Directory (AD), IAM tooling, and digital employee experience solutions.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
