As a Fire Service and mission-critical communications expert, this role will translate customer needs into practical solutions, clearly articulate the value of US Digital Designs’ offerings, and differentiate our technology in complex sales environments. The position will be responsible for driving demand generation, developing opportunities, and expanding USDD solutions into federal, military, and other mission-critical applications. This role carries full lifecycle responsibility—from customer discovery and solution positioning through implementation support and long-term account growth—for systems that help save lives and protect property.
