TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
-Support the overall creator management of TikTok LIVE. Leverage qualitative and quantitative analysis to study creator profiles and live streaming behaviours, accurately identify creators' needs and pain points, and support strategy formulation and execution to drive creators' fan growth and revenue uplift.
-Plan, launch and evaluate creator workshops and training sessions.
Manage and operate creator communities.
-Develop end-to-end creator operation strategies based on market and competitor research, covering creator recruitment, community growth and engagement optimisation.
-Establish and track operational goals and KPIs, and conduct regular data analysis for strategy iteration.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related technical discipline
2. Proficiency in Thai and fluency in English. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Strong interest in the live streaming industry and familiarity with current trends.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
