Mandatory Skills • Strong hands-on experience implementing logic CPQ (at least 1-2 years) • Product Catalog configuration and Product Modeling • Configuration of complex products, bundles and commercial offers • Configuration rules, validation rules, dependencies and pricing logic • Experience integrating logic CPQ using logic open APIs (REST APIs) • Experience troubleshooting logic CPQ integrations • Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery teams • Fluent English (German is a plus) Preferred Skills • ServiceNow Sales & Order Management for Telecommunications (SOMT) • ServiceNow Product Catalog Management • Quote-to-Order and Order Management processes • Telecommunications industry experience/Telecommunications product catalog management • Experience integrating logic CPQ with ServiceNow Certifications Mandatory • ServiceNow CSA • ServiceNow CAD Preferred • SOMT Accreditation • ServiceNow CIS certifications
