Contract and Claims Manager (m/f/d) - Temporary Staffing Agency

Completed law degree (ideally with a focus on contract or construction/project law). Excellent written and spoken English skills, particularly in a legal context. Ability to precisely analyze and present complex issues in writing. Experience in a project environment is an advantage. Advising the project management team on negotiation strategies, procedural models, and decision-making. Preparing internal decision-making templates for strategic concepts (e.g., risk assessment, scenario analysis). Drafting external negotiation documents. Providing specialized advice in claims management. Developing and documenting strategic concepts for enforcing claims against clients. Objective: To support the project management team and the senior legal counsel in contractually securing and evaluating project-relevant events to ensure that these are correctly reflected and documented within the project context.
