Ihre Aufgaben
  • Steuerung externer Agenturen und Partner
  • Sicherstellung von Deliverables, Timelines und Qualität
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Briefings und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen & Stakeholder-Terminen
  • Tracking von Workstreams und Risikomanagement
  • Vorbereitung von Steering Committees & Management-Reports
  • Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der Stakeholder-Landschaft in Deutschland
  • Identifikation relevanter Akteure (Politik, Ministerien, Verbände, Fachgesellschaften, Patientengruppen)
  • Unterstützung bei zielgerichteten Engagement-Strategien
  • Monitoring gesundheitspolitischer Entwicklungen
  • Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Vernetzung von Stakeholdern
  • Entwicklung von Narrativen und Botschaften
  • Unterstützung bei Thought Leadership und Advocacy
  • Konzeption von Kommunikations- und Engagementmaßnahmen
Ihr Profil
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Public Affairs / Government Affairs / Health Policy Umfeld in Deutschland
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte und Stakeholderlandschaften
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheits- und Politiksystems
  • Erfahrung mit Agentursteuerung und cross-funktionalen Teams
  • Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit hoher operativer Umsetzungskompetenz
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch & Englisch)
