The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Education: Completed studies in civil engineering (university of applied sciences/university) or a comparable qualification (e.g., state-certified construction technician, master craftsman in civil engineering/road construction). Professional experience: Demonstrable, several years of project experience in the construction management of civil engineering and road construction projects. Project competence: Sound experience in independent multi-project management (parallel handling of smaller construction projects). Expertise: In-depth and sound knowledge of the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB, Parts B and C) as well as general construction contract law. Personality: Assertiveness, organizational talent, and excellent communication skills in dealing with subcontractors, authorities, and clients.
