Solid professional experience: Proven track record in the construction management of projects in the energy supply sector, including substations and large industrial plants. Medium-voltage expertise: Practical know-how regarding cable laying, transformer stations, switchgear, and the associated electrical connections. Safety competence: In-depth understanding of electrotechnical safety measures (especially grounding, protection technology, and ensuring de-energization). Planning skills: Strong technical understanding for evaluating execution plans, circuit diagrams, and the actual conditions on site. Strong communication skills: Confident and clear communication skills when managing external service providers and subcontractors. Hands-on mentality: Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style directly on the construction site. Language skills: Fluent German, both written and spoken, for smooth coordination and documentation.
