COE Specialist I

About the Role

A DACT Expert will work efficiently and effectively through safety and risk incidents to drive good results in accuracy and timely case resolution.

Will work tofacilitate case resolution according to support logic for incidents and will ensure all investigations are solved as soon as possible and following security and risk processes. Providing thorough, detailed investigations using various support platforms to develop case details, analyze evidence, and finally take decisions with those results.

What you will do?

• Review jira tickets to drive investigations related to safety and risk
• Document properly reason for decision making
• Make proactive flags on trends that could indicate security risks
• Work on assigned jiras within expected SLA times
• Escalate issues out of scope or when in doubt to get support from an expert
• Work along with SME on process improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced English Proficiency - C1 Level
• Detailed oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Analythical thinking
• Proactivitity
