We are a Cyprus-based family office working with one of Germany's largest fitness and weight-loss influencers. Our group builds and operates businesses across apps, agencies, B2B CRM, e-commerce, cosmetics and skincare, supported by a large European influencer network.

We're looking for an AI-Savvy Project & Operations Manager. You are a generalist who can jump into very different projects, figure them out independently, and drive them to completion. You work directly with the founder across cosmetics, software, health and the family office behind them, taking a project from a sentence in a call to a finished thing.

📋 Own projects end to end - for example, we are launching a cosmetics brand, so you find the suppliers, run the back and forth, chase samples and pricing, check the contract, and come back with a recommendation

💡 Turn research into decisions - when you compare options, the founder gets a structured comparison and your proposal, not a pile of links

✏️ Set up new companies with our lawyers, accountants and tax advisors across several jurisdictions

🧪 Build what does not exist yet - processes, trackers, controlling dashboards, automations - you use AI to build them rather than asking for headcount

📦 Keep several unrelated projects moving in parallel and make sure things actually get finished, including by other people

💻 Financial planning and controlling across the companies (as the role grows)

📊 Marketing oversight alongside the founder - reading the numbers, questioning the results of paid ads and A/B tests, and pushing the specialists who run them (as the role grows)

🤝 Recruiting - outreach, screening and a real voice in who we hire (as the role grows)

🎓 Work directly with the teams in each company on whatever is most pressing that month (as the role grows)

You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, fully remote, with a maximum of 3 hours difference from CET/EET.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need:

✅ 2+ years in a role where you had to figure things out yourself - consulting, startup, agency, founding something of your own, or anything where nobody handed you a process (titles do not matter)

✅ Exceptional raw problem-solving - give us a hard, messy problem you worked out, at work or not, and how you got to the answer

✅ Excellent written and spoken English - you will negotiate in it

✅ You use AI daily and can walk us through your actual workflow, not just name the tools

✅ Comfortable with numbers and contracts - you can build a clean comparison sheet and read a supplier agreement without escalating it

✅ Not a developer, but comfortable running and sanity checking what an AI writes for you

✅ Full-time and exclusive - this will be your only job

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience in e-commerce, product launches or marketing

⭐ Experience sourcing and communicating with international manufacturers

⭐ Previous experience in a startup, family office or multi-company environment

⭐ German language skills

The strongest candidates prefer being given a goal over a task list. Comfortable being the only person on a project, you decide the next step yourself and are occasionally wrong without needing reassurance. Unusually fast, you close loops without being chased and tell the founder when something is a bad idea. Already using AI to do the work of two people, you are highly intelligent, driven and exceptionally reliable.
