Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months (with option to extend) Workload: Full-time / 4-5 days per week Location: Remote: 80%, in Berlin Architecture & Consulting: You will advise product managers, product owners, and stakeholders at the program and team levels, and facilitate cross-team system and architecture decisions. The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Must-haves (required criteria): Education & Language: Successfully completed academic degree and fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level). Domain Knowledge: Sound expertise in capacity management and control within the transportation industry. Cloud & Software Architecture: Proven practical experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in modernizing software applications on common cloud platforms. Large-Scale Experience: Demonstrable experience in orchestrating the software architecture for complex systems consisting of at least six applications. Methodological Competence: Excellent, project-based knowledge of consulting methodologies in the cloud context within agile frameworks. Tech Stack & CI/CD: In-depth knowledge of technical architectures (on-premise & cloud) and extensive experience in developing GitLab-based CI/CD architectures. Experience in the technical leadership of engineers during migration projects. Soft skills: Independent work style, strong teamwork skills, and excellent communication skills at all levels. Nice-to-have (desired): Industry insider: Ideally, you already have experience within the client's corporate environment (rail industry/rail transport).

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
