In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is especially suited for contributors who have a background in research or academic work related to child development or developmental psychology, with or without direct clinical experience.
Scope of Work
- Evaluate, review, and annotate data sets relevant to child development and developmental psychology for AI system training.
- Provide detailed insights and feedback on the accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and developmental relevance of data and model outputs.
- Contribute expert analysis to scenario development, test cases, and real-world situations involving children’s learning and behavior.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to inform model improvements and ensure psychological integrity in AI interactions.
- Create or refine guidelines for AI systems to better address linguistic, cognitive, and psychosocial aspects of child development across diverse backgrounds.
- Document findings and recommendations with clarity and depth to support ongoing AI research and development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate (PhD) in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or closely related field.
