TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
1.Assist in the development and execution of live campaign and content operation strategies, monitor and analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
2.Support creator campaign lifecycle management, assist in launching themed activities to boost creator activity and content output quality.
3.Collaborate with live agencies and internal teams to align campaign rules, improve event execution efficiency and operational capability.
Plan and execute regional online events and creator incentive campaigns to enrich content diversity, activate community atmosphere, and drive overall revenue growth.
4.Track regional market creator and user behavior, summarize campaign pain points and user preferences, propose constructive optimization suggestions to improve event effect and user experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related technical discipline
2. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and fluency in English. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Strong interest in the live streaming industry and familiarity with current trends.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
