What skills are required for this business process analyst (m/f/d) procure-to-pay (ptp) / direct procurement?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

At least 8 years of solid practical experience in P2P/Procure-to-Pay, Procurement Operations, or process consulting within an international enterprise environment. In-depth expertise in direct procurement processes within the manufacturing industry. Demonstrable experience in modeling with Signavio (or comparable BPM tools). A sound understanding of SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA (especially the MM/PP, Purchasing, and Material Master modules) as well as invoice automation and vendor management systems. Proficient application of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma). Experience in change management and the creation of L4/L5 process documentation. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as an independent, solution-oriented work style ("driver mindset"). Assertiveness and negotiation skills for resolving conflicts of interest between purchasing and production. English: Fluent (Advanced / C1 level required). German or other languages ​​are an advantage. Occasional willingness to travel for workshops at the production sites (up to 20%).
