The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for leading two direct reports and together deliver on data-driven insights, CRM optimization, reporting capabilities and data and sales process governance that improve sales performance and commercial effectiveness.
This position reports to the Director Commercial Excellence and is part of the Commercial Excellence Team and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the regional Commercial Business Intelligence strategy by owning Power BI reporting, analytics, dashboards, and performance insights that support revenue growth, forecasting accuracy, commercial effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making.
- Own and govern commercial data ecosystems, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency across CRM, ERP, pricing, customer, product, and opportunity data to enable trusted business reporting and analytics.
- Enable our strategic roadmap for CRM and commercial systems, driving enhancements, integrations, workflows, user adoption, and standardized commercial processes.
- Partner with commercial, finance, and operational leaders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics, reporting, and technology solutions that align system capabilities with business objectives.
- Manage sales incentive compensation program, including incentive planning, performance tracking, reporting, and analytics to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with commercial goals.
- Identify and resolve data, process, and system gaps by addressing root causes of reporting inconsistencies, improving forecasting reliability, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance business effectiveness.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or CRM management
- Proven experience supporting sales organizations and revenue performance
- Strong experience with Power BI (dashboards, data models, SQL, KPI reporting), CRM platforms (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) commercial reporting and funnel analytics
- Demonstrated experience improving pipeline visibility, forecasting inputs, and data quality
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence Sales and executive stakeholders
Travel and Physical/Environment Requirements:
- 10% travel requirement, including overnight travel
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Communicating to upper management and internal departments including Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, Legal, HR, IT, and Division Headquarters.

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $115,000-$125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
