What skills are required for this business analyst web frontend (m/f/d)?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

You hold a university degree and are characterized by analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and assertiveness. Solid experience in business analysis or business engineering, specifically for frontend development teams, is essential. Demonstrable experience in direct collaboration with software developers and in coordinating with UX designers (including translating UX concepts for development) is required. Experience in Scrum teams and scaled agile organizations (ideally based on the SAFe framework) is also necessary. A good understanding of modern web technologies is essential. Fluency in German and English (at least B2 level in both spoken and written language) is required. Nice-to-have: Familiarity with AI assistance tools in everyday development (e.g., for exploring solution concepts, story segmentation, or documentation). Initial practical experience with tools such as GitLab, Swagger, and emulators is desirable. Prior experience within the DB Group is a plus.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
