Business Analyst (m/f/d) Telematics, Statutory Health Insurance

Solid industry knowledge in statutory health insurance (SHI) as well as in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector and the telematics infrastructure (TI). Technical and professional understanding in the context of TI Messenger, electronic patient record (ePA), and other telematics services. Proven experience in requirements management and requirements engineering, ideally including BPMN and model-based RE. Practical experience in creating technical specifications and documentation; knowledge of low-fidelity mockups or wireframes is advantageous. Solid experience in test management, test execution, test case creation, and defect management. Experience in (sub-)project management, including risk management, project planning, conflict management, and stakeholder management. Demonstrable experience in moderation and training design (e.g., key user training and customer events). Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, ideally with certification such as PSM I or PSPO I); certifications in traditional project management (e.g., IPMA Level C) are advantageous. Proficient use of Atlassian Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, Miro, Conceptboard or Figma is desirable. Strong analytical skills, a high degree of customer focus, negotiation skills and leadership qualities are required. Fluent German at a native speaker level and English at C-level are essential.
