The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

As a Business Analyst (m/f/d), you have successfully completed your studies (e.g., in Business Administration or Business Informatics). More important than your specific field of study, however, are your excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Ideally, you have at least three years of professional experience in process management, process analysis and optimization, sound knowledge of process modeling methods (e.g., BPMN 2.0), and experience with process modeling software (e.g., Adonis, BIC Process Design, Signavio). You have a strong affinity for digital topics, project and process management, and organizational development, and you are proficient in using common tools such as Confluence and JIRA. You are a team player and also impress with your assertiveness, strong drive to shape the future, and excellent communication skills. German language skills, at least at C1 level, are essential for this position. Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work, combined with a quick grasp of new concepts, are among your strengths.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
