Job Offer Description

The following tasks will be performed by the external service provider:

• TASK-01: Design a Solution

  Objectives and Scope: Design a solution assessing the business context and validating requirements. It includes analyzing current and target processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and translating needs into coherent solution options.

  Activities:

  • Evaluate business context, drivers, and expected outcomes.

  • Elicit, validate, and document business requirements.

  • Analyze and model business processes and workflows.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities.

  • Produce business and functional specifications.

  Schedule: This task must be carried out during the entire duration of the contract with a maximum duration of 300 person days.

  Reports: Weekly activity meetings.

  Deliverables: Major deliverables include business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flow diagrams, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• TASK-02: Follow the Implementation of a Solution

  Objectives and Scope: Ensure agreed business requirements are correctly translated into backlog items and remain traceable through delivery.

  Activities:

  • Support backlog preparation and requirements traceability.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities.

  Schedule: This task must be carried out during the entire duration of the contract with a maximum duration of 300 person days.

  Reports: Weekly activity meetings.

  Deliverables: Major deliverables include UAT plans and reports, gap analysis reports.

• TASK-03: Assist the Project Manager

  Objectives and Scope: Support project manager in all activities related to business analysis.

  Activities:

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.

  • Contribute to reporting, KPI monitoring, and data analysis activities.

  • Prepare documentation, meeting minutes, and reporting materials.

  Schedule: This task must be carried out during the entire duration of the contract with a maximum duration of 60 person days.

  Reports: Weekly activity meetings.

  Deliverables: Major deliverables include KPI and reporting dashboards specifications, stakeholder workshop summaries.

1. Elicit, analyse and document business needs, functional requirements and business rules.

2. Support stakeholder consultation, requirements prioritisation and validation of proposed solutions.

3. Assess business processes, identify gaps and contribute to feasibility, impact and risk analysis.

4. Produce clear business analysis artefacts to support decision-making, delivery planning and acceptance.

• Out of scope:

• Technical Annex for BAM Level 2 based on framework contracts No: DI-8380 to DI-8391 — Lot 6 - 2/7

• Direct project management, budget ownership or contractual decision-making.

• Technical architecture, software development, system administration or infrastructure operations.

• Formal approval of business requirements, procurement documents or implementation decisions on behalf of the contracting authority.

• Operational ownership of delivered services, including change execution or production support.
