Professional Qualifications: Professional Experience: Senior-level experience with substantial professional experience (ideally at least 6 years) as a Business Analyst. Technology & Tools: Excellent and proven knowledge of Camunda and BPMN, as well as proficiency in Jira and Confluence. Industry Knowledge: A good general understanding of and experience in the insurance industry are essential for this role. Specific knowledge of motor insurance is a definite plus (nice-to-have), but not mandatory. Methodological Competence: Demonstrable experience in agile collaboration (Scrum). Language Skills: Fluent German, both written and spoken.
