- Support vor Ort für PCs, Laptops, Peripheriegeräte und Software
- Erfassung, Installation und Ersteinrichtung von Geräten (IMAC-Tätigkeiten)
- Hardware-Reparaturen (Schwerpunkt: Lenovo-Geräte)
- Bestandsverwaltung und Anlagenverwaltung
- Übergabe konfigurierter Systeme an Nutzer
- Fehlerbehebung und Troubleshooting (Hardware und Software)
- Support bei Störungen und technischen Problemen
- Bearbeitung von Support-Tickets in verschiedenen Tools
- VIP-Support für kritische Anfragen
- Dokumentation und Berichterstellung
- Drucker-Support und Netzwerkdrucker-Verwaltung
- Mobile Geräte & iOS: Support und Verwaltung
- Netzwerk, Server & AV-Systeme: „Hands & Feet"-Support einschließlich Videokonferenzsystemen
- Patch-Management und Software-Updates
- Rechenzentrums-Support und Server-Verwaltung
- Staging neuer Systeme
- Gute Kenntnisse in Windows 10 und Microsoft 365
