An Associate will build on their understanding of the organization’s basic consulting models and methodologies, as well as basic knowledge of what services COA Consulting provides. An Associate must be technically competent and continually developing the skills as defined in the responsibilities section of this document. An Associate, under the general direction of Project Lead and Technical SMEs, takes responsibility for ensuring that client work is performed, and delivered on time, meeting the quality expectations of Parexel Consulting and the client. An Associate would generally not act in a client facing role without support from line management.
Key Responsibilities
Support qualitative research and consulting projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
Conduct and analyze qualitative interviews and generate meaningful insights.
Apply established consulting methodologies and contribute to client deliverables.
Collaborate with project teams and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships.
Support project documentation, presentations, and operational activities.
Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Proficiency with qualitative analysis tools (e.g., Atlas.ti, NVivo).
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, research, or consulting environments preferred.
