What you'll do:

We are seeking a Trade Compliance and Global Trade Management professional with expertise in SAP-GTS, Restricted Party Screening (RPS), sanctions compliance, and global trade operations. The role will support global compliance processes, stakeholder engagement, SAP-GTS enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• GTM Activities
• Understanding of Trade Compliance
• ERP Knowledge of SAP-GTS
• Exposure to Global Stakeholders
• Working Knowledge of Screening Tools such as Kharon

• SAP-GTS blocked business partners review, validation and clearance - Global.
• SAP-GTS blocked documents (SO/PO/DN) review, validation and clearance.
• SAP-GTS master data search and validation against new SPL listings published by regulations.
• Propose SAP-GTS enhancements, coordinate with SAP-IT, perform testing and support production deployment.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence using Kharon for sanctions exposure checks.
• Perform one-time screening of customers and vendors for ERP setup.
• Support global SAP-GTS integration projects as an SME including UAT and documentation.
• Monitor blocked partner volumes and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize business impact.
• Audit business partner automation logs.
• Track SAP-GTS address screening and blocked document access through ServiceNow tickets.
• Publish Global RPS dashboards and YTD blocked partner reports.
• Act as backup for GTM activities
• Support global stakeholders on RPS queries and sanctions-related issues.
• Ensure efficient stakeholder communication and issue resolution.
• Update SOPs reflecting process improvements.
• Monitor SLAs, OTD performance and team workload coverage.
• Identify process gaps and work with GTM leadership on improvement plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related discipline.

Skills:

• Understanding of Global Trade Compliance, Sanctions, Export Controls, and Restricted Party Screening processes.
• Working knowledge of Data Analytics and Reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, Power Query, or similar tools.
• Experience with KPI reporting, dashboard development, trend analysis, and compliance data management.
• Certification in Trade Compliance, Export Controls, SAP-GTS, or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
