AI Developer Efficiency Product Manager

Meta seeks a Product Manager to transform AI Developer Efficiency, empowering machine learning engineers to rapidly build, deploy, and optimize AI solutions. This leader will work with a cross-functional team to develop innovative tools and platforms, leveraging agentic workflows to automate complex tasks, LLM integration for streamlined coding and deployment, and collaborative interfaces for seamless teamwork. By driving strategic initiatives that blend experience in large-scale ML workflows and customer-centricity, you'll propel revenue growth, enhance ML engineer productivity, and foster innovation critical to Meta's leadership and thousands of engineers, revolutionizing AI development efficiency.

AI Developer Efficiency Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Align with Meta's ML initiatives, defining platform vision.
• Roadmap Development: Balance short-term needs with long-term scalability and innovation.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, data science, and analytics teams.
• Feature Definition & Delivery: Translate technical requirements into product specifications.
• Data Quality & Governance: Champion best practices, ensuring compliance.
• Measurement & Improvement: Track performance metrics, driving continuous refinement.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct SoTA analysis on AI/ML Ops pipelines at hyperscalers to inform strategic investment decisions.
• Executive Communication: Periodically report progress to executive leadership
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment across diverse teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Machine Learning/Data-Intensive Products: Proven experience at scale.
• Analytical/Problem-Solving Skills: Interpret quantitative/qualitative data.
• Demonstrated experience in translating technical terminology in order to drive understanding and buy-in from a varied range of stakeholders
• Developer-First: Demonstrated experience in enabling internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Product Management Experience: 10+ years, ideally in platform/infrastructure products at a hyperscaler (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure, etc)
