About the team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is TikTok's commercial engine, responsible for driving revenue by enabling the success of our global Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Partnerships functions.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful long-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in executing and conducting on-site preparation and organization for offline activations and events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties to guarantee smooth event operations.
2. Support sales and client management work, assist in preparing sales and education materials for agency and client engagements, research and document competitors' advertising activities to identify industry trends and business opportunities, and help handle ad operation troubleshooting and escalations, including appealing rejected ads and submitting various troubleshooting tickets.
3. Responsible for data analysis and reporting, build and maintain real-time dashboards for agent advertising spending, conduct attribution analysis on agent performance differences by country, industry and product dimension, identify growth opportunities for high-potential agents, track the implementation progress of commission incentive policies, and complete other monetization-related operational tasks by collaborating with sales and other relevant teams to promote the execution of key projects.
4. Assist in daily team project management and follow up on project timelines to ensure orderly project progress.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree or above in management, statistics, economics, computer science, economics and trade, advertising, foreign languages and other related disciplines
- Possess solid capabilities in communication, project management and data analysis.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and various data management tools.
- Self-motivated, fast-learning, collaborative, curious and detail-oriented.
- Available to start asap, work a minimum of 3 days per week and commit to at least 6 months of internship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship experience in Product Operation and Data Analysis is preferred.
