Account Manager - DACH region

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and AI-savvy Account Manager to manage and grow B2B customer relationships within the qiibee ecosystem, working with partners such as Miles & More and Etihad Guest.

You’ll support customers from onboarding and launch through ongoing campaign management, using AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency, communication, and performance.

As the main point of contact, you’ll build strong relationships, identify growth opportunities, and help every customer maximize the value of their loyalty partnership.

Tasks

🎯Key Responsibilities:

• Own and grow relationships with assigned B2B accounts.
• Guide new partners from onboarding through launch.
• Act as the main point of contact and coordinate requests internally.
• Use AI in every step to monitor performance, uncover insights, and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead regular account reviews with AI-powered reporting and recommendations.
• Maintain a best-in-class HubSpot CRM using AI-powered automation and data enrichment.
• Use AI to streamline communication, anticipate customer needs, and accelerate issue resolution.

Requirements

💼 Must-Have:

• Proven B2B account management experience, with a track record of building strong relationships and growing accounts.
• Experience in the loyalty and/or payments industry.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude—beyond basic prompting—including building workflows, automations, and AI-powered processes**.**
