- Release Timeline Management
- Prepare, maintain and communicate PMP release timelines (preparation and development phases) for each release cycle
- Track milestone adherence (e.g. submission closure, shortlisting, dependency mapping, scope sign-off, development, integration testing etc.) and flag deviations early
- Coordinate timeline updates with Product Owners and delivery teams and ensure a single, up-to-date source of truth
- Verify that deliverables meet the defined entry and exit criteria at each quality gate (Q-Gate) before progression
- Work closely with quality experts to assess quality conformance throughout the process and especially for Q-Gates
- Collect and validate required evidence (documentation, approvals, test results, readiness confirmations)
- Prepare Q-Gate status reporting for SteerCo and management, including compliance status and open items
- Escalate non-compliance and unresolved gate blockers to the Process Owner in a timely manner
- Facilitate and document development roadmap alignment sessions across Product Owners and engineering teams
- Ensure roadmap commitments are consistent with portfolio priorities and release scope decisions
- Identify and surface conflicts, capacity constraints and cross-team dependencies resulting from roadmap changes
- Identify, document and maintain a structured risk and dependency register for the portfolio
- Ensure risks are assessed for impact and probability, with owners and mitigation actions assigned
- Make risks transparent to management through regular, decision-ready reporting
- Follow up on mitigation actions and track them to closure
- Monitor that agreed portfolio priorities are respected in planning and execution
- Detect and report scope creep, unauthorized reprioritization or bypassing of the defined process
- Support descoping and re-prioritization exercises with structured data and impact analysis
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMP standards, templates and working procedures
- Produce and maintain recurring portfolio status reporting (milestones, Q-Gates, risks, dependencies, priorities)
- Provide management and SteerCo with clear, concise and accurate visibility on portfolio health
- Prepare decision papers and escalation summaries where management intervention is required
- Proven experience in portfolio, program or release management within complex delivery organizations
- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, quality-gate models and stage-gate processes
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical and business domains
- Excellent skills in structured reporting and management communication using Azure DevOps, Jira, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to work with advanced tools such as AI agents and act as a Human-in-the-loop to ensure desired outcomes
- High degree of process discipline, attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive accountability without direct authority
- Fluent business English, written and spoken
- Experience in cloud platform, digital product or enterprise software environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including backlog, boards, queries and dashboards, or comparable tools
- Familiarity with release management, operational readiness and evidence-based governance models
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or stability programs
- Knowledge of KPI frameworks and governance reporting
